Three ways to reach you
After we receive your information, you will be contacted either by one of our callers, by our Interactive Voice Response System (IVR), or by email. The recruiting calls and email surveys take about 5 minutes to complete.

Callers (Call Center)
FPI Testers maintains a high quality call center that treats our respondents with courtesy, friendliness and professionalism.

Outbound calls are made between 9AM and 9PM, Monday through Saturday; and 1PM to 9PM on Sunday.

Interactive Voice Response System (IVR)
The IVR (Interactive Voice Response System) is a computerized voice used to recruit testers. The IVR requires a touch-tone phone.

In order to communicate with the IVR, each panelist is assigned two numbers: a Panelist ID (PID) and a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will need these numbers (on hand and accessible) for when the IVR contacts you.

The IVR will only call you at the number you provide. When you answer the phone you will hear a slight pause (3-4 seconds) before the system begins. Please don't hang up! If the IVR is answered by an answering machine, it will leave you a message and phone number for you to call back. You can call back at a time convenient for you to see if you qualify for a test.

The IVR will only attempt to reach you during the following hours:
9am - 9pm Monday thru Friday
10am - 7pm Saturday
12am - 7pm Sunday

Email
You may be contacted at the email you provide to answer a series of questions to see if you qualify for a test. Each person wishing to be contacted by email must have their own email address, not one shared with a spouse or other family member.

If you are currently on our database and not receiving emails but would like to, please call our Customer Care Center at 763-354-2776.

FPI Testers values your opinion and will not send you excessive email messages or notifications.

  • Forgot your PID and/or PID
  • Need to cancel a session
  • Have questions about your session (time, location, etc) 
  • Need to update your profile (address, phone, etc)
